🤝 Together with service providers (Willis Towers Watson, Iké Asistencias, Sura Seguros), we designed through a Service Blueprint led by me the necessary service packages for each type of user (Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Mobile Insurance, Mobility Insurance, Health Assistance, and Pet Assistance).

🕵️‍♀️ I led the entire discovery stage of the problem through regular reviews with UX researchers.

👂🏻I conducted interviews with over 50 users who regularly used Insurance and Assistance services to understand their primary needs and motivations when considering the purchase of such services.

✍🏼 I design the MVP for each product and create userflows, landing pages and componentes for Uala's Design System.

🦄 I had the happiness of being part of the team when the company became a Unicorn.
